What is Flexi Club ?

Flexi Club is a multi destination family holiday club, which provides its members with holiday accommodation in an extensive variety of resorts, saving members thousands on future holidays. Members of the Club may choose to holiday where, when and how they want, anywhere in the world. Flexi Club is a member of the Club Leisure Group, a large multi national leisure company which manages and co ordinates the activities of several other leisure and resort accommodation clubs around the world.

How is Flexi Club Superior to Timeshare ?

Timeshare owners are locked into a specific week and resort in the same size apartment year after year and all exchanges are referred to independent exchange organisations. Flexi Club members, on the other hand, are able to use; full weeks, mid-weeks and weekends, vary the size of the apartment and the location of the resort, from holiday to holiday. Furthermore, all Flexi Club member services are affected directly by Flexi Club’s own Reservations Department without being referred to outside organisations. Timeshare owners pay maintenance fees regardless of whether they occupy their unit or not. With Flexi Club, besides a Provisional User Charge, members pay only for the holidays they choose to enjoy. Uniquely, Flexi Club allows members to carry forward not only unused points, but User Charge credits as well. However, if you already own fixed timeshare, Flexi Club will convert your week into points, to offer you more flexible holidays for years to come.

In order to meet the Club’s objectives on an ongoing basis, a body of individuals is elected, some of whom are voted for by the ordinary members of the Club. This effectively guarantees member representation on all decisions taken. In addition, to effectively monitor, maintain and manage the affairs of Flexi Club, Annual General Meetings are held to review service and quality standards as well as the appointments of auditors and any pertinent members matters.

Very simply, Flexi Club provides members with the opportunity of investing in a portfolio of holiday properties, currently embracing access to more than 3500 resorts worldwide. Flexi Club works on a points system. Points are allocated to members each year for use at any of the Club holiday resorts. Each holiday property in the Club’s portfolio is graded in terms of the specific time period, facilities, location, standard and size of apartment, and is accordingly allocated a points value.

• Flexi Club grades all resorts according to location, demand, on-site and nearby facilities, furnishings and type of accommodation. The points allocated to each apartment size, resort, season and period are reflected in the Points Table of the Flexi Club Worldwide Vacation Guide. All members contribute towards the cost of resort maintenance, which is incorporated in the Club’s unique User Charge system.

• Flexi Club membership provides access to over 3500 quality resorts worldwide (RCI, II and others)
• Members are able to enjoy as many holidays as they choose, including midweek, weekends and full weeks, providing they have sufficient points.
• Members Flexi Club points are allocated to them at the beginning of each year and may be carried forward for up to 36 months. On the other hand, if members need more than their annual points allocation in any one year, they may borrow 25% of the following year’s points.
• Flexi Club has a unique “ User Charge “ system, which ensures that members pay “ only for what they use “. In addition any credit on their User Charge is carried forward from one year to the next – giving more value for less.
• Flexi Club members can make as many reservations in any one year, both locally and abroad without paying exchange fees.
• The value of Flexi Club members points increase in line with inflation each year.
• To optimise service levels to members, all holiday reservations are effected directly through the reservations department of Flexi Club without the need for members to access exchange organisations.
• Flexi Club members receive regular communications and newsletters, which include “ Special Member Offers “ providing material savings and discounts on a host of leisure products and additional last minute holidays.
• As a member of the Club Leisure Group, a large multinational leisure management and development organisation, Flexi Club is associated with 10 other leisure clubs, providing access to additional holiday properties.
